SUBPOENA SERVICES

Our Subpoena Preparation Department will prepare your subpoena(s) and upon your approval we will serve all opposing parties by mail. We will ensure that the facilities are personally served after the appropriate time has expired for any objections to the notice to consumer or employees, if applicable. As your deposition officer, we will scan on-site the documents requested and provide them to your firm on a timely basis. Those records can also be obtained through a secure login on our website, where they will be archived for future reference. Simply fill out our Subpoena Prep / Records Request form located under the “Order Now” tab.

DEPOSITION OFFICER

Whether we prepare the subpoena or serve a subpoena prepared by your office, you can name e-Legal Services, Inc. as the Deposition Officer. We will follow up with the subpoenaed party to obtain the records in a timely manner, as well as ensure that all opposing counsel’s receive identical information upon request from them.
