If you need to serve a witness or defendant anywhere in the nation, simply provide us with the documents and instructions by email to orders@elegalservicesinc.com and allow us to begin the process. You may submit a request even if you don’t have an account with us by simply filling out the service of process form under the “Order Now” tab. If you prefer to set up an online account, our e-Client portal provides an array of online services where you can track your work and download the proof of service and invoice once each job is completed.
Online Services
Sending us your assignment is as easy as a few clicks of the mouse. Our website allows you to send your documents to us electronically as well as track the status online. Once complete you will receive a notification and download your proof of service. Your proof of service will always be stored on our website – no more missing proofs, or calling to have a new proof of service generated!
The days of wondering the status of your assignment are gone. Our staff is constantly updating our system for up to the minute details for our clients. The status goes into our system and is available for viewing immediately. Our clients also have the option of choosing to receive an e-mail every time a new status is entered. Upon completion of the assignment, the proof of service will be available in PDF format through our website to view and print. Never again do our clients have to search for a missing proof of service, if the assignment was completed by e-Legal, then it is securely archived online.
Skip-Tracing
If you are unable to locate an individual, we can help! Provide us with the information you have and we will have results within 24 hours. Once located, we can serve them with your documents anywhere in the Country.
Stake-Out
Our service of process department will provide a process server to conduct a stake-out per your request. A detailed report (due diligence) will be provided.
Unlawful Detainer
We will provide support throughout the entire UD process, from the service of process of the Notice to Quit to the filing and service of process of the Summons and Complaint-Unlawful Detainer, along with the Prejudgment Claim to Right of Possession. If needed, we will also provide the court filing of the Default, Dismissals or any pertinent subsequent documents.
