Court Filings
If you have a routine, rush or immediate court filing, allow our Courts Department to handle your request. Simply email your documents to orders@elegalservicesinc.com and we will get your documents filed at the appropriate court. If needed, we will advance court filing fees to complete your request. Your conformed copy will be emailed to you upon completion.
e-Filings
Full service concierge e-filing is available by e-Legal’s expert Courts Department. Take the guess work out of navigating multiple court platforms and simply email your documents to us. Our team will submit the documents on your behalf and email your conformed copy right back to you.
As a court approved e-filing services provider (EFSP), we also have a simple and efficient self-service e-filing platform available for those who wish to save costs and file themselves. Set up an online account and you will be submitting, tracking and downloading your conformed copies with just a few clicks of the mouse.
Court Research
Provide us with the case information and documents needed and allow us to do the rest. Like all of our services, you can place this order simply by sending us an email to orders@elegalservicesinc.com. We will review your order, obtain the records or certified copies requested and email them back to you.
County Recordings
If you have documents that need to be recorded at any Recorders’ office throughout the nation, we can help! Provide us with the Court Filing Request Form located under the “Order Now” tab, along with the documents that need recording and we will e-mail you the conformed copy upon completion. If you need a document from any Recorder’s office, provide us with the details and e-mail the request to us on the Court Filing Request Form to orders@elegalservicesinc.com and you will receive an e-mail with your requested documents.
