Locating hard to find witnesses or defendants via Skip-Trace. Address report provided within 24-48 hours. Asset, DMV and Postal searches also available.

Business Records Subpoena Package $199*

Preparation of records subpoena and notice to consumer (if applicable), service by mail to all opposing parties, personal service to witness location, advancement of witness fees, all follow up for timely record production and the first 50 pages produced.

Remote Deposition Hosting and Subpoena Package $450*

Preparation and service of subpoena, scheduling of court reporter, set-up of remote deposition via Zoom and hosting for the first two hours. Court reporter fees not included.
